We operate an e-shop on the website Drinkupofficial.cz.
To provide sales of goods and to operate our website, we process certain personal data.

We use your data to contact you for further arrangements regarding goods.

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiations prior to entering into a contract or taking steps at your request before concluding a contract.

How long will we process the data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 1 year from our last communication.


Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase, we work with the data you provide, especially billing information: name, surname, and address.

Why?
We need your personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding your order status, or in case of returns, complaints, or questions.
We also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, or handling complaints and other matters).

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract

  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation

How long will we process the data?
For the duration of the service and then 1 year after the last service provided or goods delivered.


Newsletters (Commercial Communication)

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during your order, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter.

On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you opted out during your purchase.

How long will we process the data?
1 year from your last purchase.

Who Has Access to the Data?

Your data stays with us. However, we work with some companies or individuals who may access the data because they help us run our e-shop. These include:

  • E-shop platform provider: Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID: 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395

  • Shipping providers: Zásilkovna, PPL

We only process personal data within the territory of the European Union.
